Obamas Speech to the Muslims--My Take

It's been a busy day, and I really had not planned on reading Obamas speech to the Muslim world, however after my visit to Michelle Malkin and reading her take I decided I would take the time and read it. I'm afraid that I have to disagree with Malkin and numerous views regarding Obamas speech.
Much has been said about His reffering to the Koran at many points in his speech--well--take into consideration his targeted audience and that should not amaze anyone, the reference to the Koran was justified in this instance, and nothing should be read into it. As far as another apology tour, Obama did defend the US stance on Iraq, and the pursuit of Bin Laden and company--no apology there. The situation in Afghanistan demonstrates America's goals and our need to work together. Over seven years ago, the United States pursued Al Qaida and the Taliban with broad international support. We did not go by choice. We went because of necessity. I'm aware that there's still some who would question or even justify the offense of 9/11. But let us be clear. Al Qaida killed nearly 3,000 people on that day.
The victims were innocent men, women, and children from America and many other nations who had done nothing to harm anybody. And yet Al Qaida chose to ruthlessly murder these people, claimed credit for the attack, and even now states their determination to kill on a massive scale. They have affiliates in many countries and are trying to expand their reach.
One point, I thought that He would not make was the defence of Israel, wanting to tread lightly, however He did mention the suffering of placed on the Jewish people, and stated our strong bond with Israel.America's strong bonds with Israel are well-known. This bond is unbreakable. It is based upon cultural and historical ties and the recognition that the aspiration for a Jewish homeland is rooted in a tragic history that cannot be denied.
All in All, I thought Obamas speech was a good one. Many critics of Obama ( And I Am One ) will "Read betwwen the Lines" and find Hidden Messages, poor wording, or just simply twist what Obama said to create Good Obama Bashing reading material, however, after reading the speech, I can find no reason to Bash Obama--so--read the transcript, and tell me your opinion
